Meet Your Board

KEDCO´s Board of Directors is a public/private Board that sets the strategic direction for Corporation. It consists of four appointees from City Council, and eight appointees from the community.

The Board is responsible for providing leadership in making Kingston a better place in which to visit, live, work and do business. The Board of Directors is appointed annually with staggered one or two-year terms.
